The week following tent meetings, i heard a bunch of great testimonies from that weekend. There was one about a woman who just felt like she should walk a different way home from work and ended up walking through the park and into the tent meetings where she was ministered to and encouraged! Tony, who guards the tent and sound equipment, is a homeless man from downtown. He got filled with the Holy Spirit after one of the morning teachings, and it was awesome to hear him shouting in the Spirit! One of Matt and Julie's neighbors came during an evening service. During the ministry time, someone came to the back of the tent where he was standing and gave him a powerful word that the Lord wanted him to finish writing out the plans for a business he wants to start. He has been working on writing them for months and was starting to feel burned out, but how awesome and encouraging that God would speak to him directly about it!? Thank you Father, You are so good! The last night, several young women made their way to the front, and when someone asked what was going on with them, they wanted to get saved! Thosee are just a few testimonies, thank you Jesus, for such a great time!
One exciting thing coming up is the youth retreat trip to Ohio this weekend! Pray for the kids to get touched, that they would become hungry for God, that we would be able to bond and build good relationships with them, and just for a fun time all around! Also, camp meetings in New York are coming up the last week of this month, and we're all really looking forward to that! (everyone's welcome to come!)
